Shopping Centre reconstruction for 17 retailers and Coles
The re-construction of Kincumber Village, owned by ISPT, helped turn this shopping centre into a refreshed neighbourhood retail complex anchored by Coles. Classic Group was called in for the construction of a 2500sqm addition to the existing Coles Supermarket, as well as construction of 8 new specialty shops, refurbishment of the existing arcade, and the upgrade of the existing supermarket. The works were completed over a tight 9 month program, while the centre and supermarket remained trading.
