Trading as usual during major Club reconstruction for great results
Classic Group completed a $4.5mil refurbishment of Maitland City Bowling Club in 2010. The project included construction of a new steel structure with a 2000sqm roof over the existing club, construction of a new reinforced concrete upper level, new main entry, new bar, new TAB and lounge areas as well as wine cellar and associated facilities. Construction was scheduled and completed over 3 major stages to allow for continued trading throughout the works with minimal disruption to staff, members and guests.
