The major refurbishment of an existing 2,600 sqm
shopping centre at Umina Beach included the construction
of a new loading dock, replacement of all building
services, major alterations to the existing structure
and the refurbishment of the existing supermarket.
All works were completed over 14 stages, allowing
the supermarket to continue trading.

For over 8 years Classic Group has completed regular
ongoing building upgrade and modification works
for Centre Management. Works include arcade refrubishments,
main entry & amenties upgrades, parents rooms,
customer service centre and the construction of
various “back of house” facilities.

Plaza, Cessnock
Works included the complete refurbishment of all
arcade areas, construction of new amenities, installation
of new services, re-construction of the existing
264 space carpark and the construction of a new
100 space carpark, fully suspended over a 12 metre
wide stormwater canal.
