Macquarie Shopping Centre Childcare Centre, North Ryde The construction of a 50 place childcare centre within Macquarie Shopping Centre was completed as a Design & Construct project. The works included the construction of a new, 2 story 450sqm building including external play areas, 3 main classrooms, a commercial kitchen, amenities and service areas.         Newcastle Grammar School, Newcastle The refurbishment of a heritage listed, 1880’s hall included replacement of windows, re-pointing of all brickwork, repainting internally & externally and installation of new services. Extensive civil works, including the construction new external ramps, retaining walls and the re-building of the existing 250sqm heritage listed sandstone walls was also required.         Uniting Church in Australia - Nursing Homes The refurbishment & certification upgrades to 5 nursing homes included, installation of sprinkler systems, construction of fire rated walls, installation of fire doors and the upgrading of the buildings essential services. All works were completed while the facilities were fully occupied by residents and families.
